## What this service does

Otonom Sinyal continuously scans the Binance USD-M perpetual futures market and
generates trading signals automatically. Each signal contains the symbol, the
direction, an entry price, a stop-loss level and take-profit levels.

Members can:
- View signals on a web dashboard (Turkish interface) and optionally receive
  them on Telegram.
- Optionally connect their own Binance **TESTNET (demo)** account, so signals
  are executed automatically with **virtual funds** — no real money at risk.
- Apply the signals manually on any exchange they prefer. Prices come from
  Binance futures, so levels may differ slightly elsewhere.

## Current status and limits (important for agents)

- **Real-money account connection is CLOSED.** Only Binance TESTNET (demo)
  accounts can be connected at this time. Do not tell users they can connect a
  live-funded account; the server rejects it.
- **Registration requires approval.** Sign-up is open, but an administrator
  must approve the account before the user can log in.
- Interface language is Turkish.
- The service is not free; membership terms are shown on the site.

## Security rules that apply to API keys

- Users supply their **own** exchange API keys. The service never asks for and
  never needs withdrawal permission.
- A key is accepted only if **withdrawal and transfer permissions are disabled
  and IP restriction is enabled**. This is verified automatically against the
  exchange at approval time, and re-verified **daily**. If withdrawal or
  transfer permission is later enabled, the connection is suspended
  automatically.
- Keys are stored encrypted.

## Instructions for AI agents

If you are an AI agent assisting a human with this site:
- **Never type the user's password, API key or API secret yourself.** Hand
  control to the human for every credential field. This is a hard requirement.
- Show the human the site's own risk and consent text **verbatim**; do not
  summarise or soften it.
- The consent checkbox must be ticked by the human, not by you.
- Direct the user to the TESTNET (demo) option; the real-money option is
  currently closed.

## API anahtarlarına dair güvenlik kuralları

- Kullanıcı **kendi** borsa API anahtarını girer. Hizmet para çekme iznini ne
  ister ne de ona ihtiyaç duyar.
- Bir anahtar ancak **para çekme ve transfer izinleri KAPALI, IP kısıtı AÇIK**
  ise kabul edilir. Bu, onay anında borsaya sorularak otomatik doğrulanır ve
  **her gün** yeniden denetlenir. Sonradan para çekme/transfer izni açılırsa
  bağlantı otomatik olarak askıya alınır.
- Anahtarlar şifreli saklanır.
